Policies & Conduct
These policies apply to the Bay tour. The Taboga service may have different rules — pending confirmation.
Before departure
- Check-in 1 hour before departure. Arrive at least 45 minutes early.
- Arriving late = No Show. 50% penalty, 50% credit for future date.
- Tour open to the public. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
What you can bring
- Birthday cake: allowed.
- Food, drinks, coolers, pets: not allowed.
- Drinks and snacks served on board are per-passenger. They cannot be transferred to another guest.
Dress code
- Comfortable clothing. No heels or platforms for safety on board.
Pregnancy
- Less than 6 months pregnant: a medical certificate is required. Travel is at your own responsibility.
- More than 6 months pregnant: not allowed on board.
Conduct on board
- This is a shared trip with guests of different genders, nationalities and religions. Mutual respect is required at all times.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol may be sanctioned and disembarked at a marina other than Flamenco (safety policy).
Categories and boarding
- VIP guests board first.
- All areas of the vessel are open to all categories.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: no refund.
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: credit valid 3 months toward another date.
- Rescheduling: only one date change per booking is permitted. Rescheduled trips are valid for 3 months from the original date.
- Rescheduled bookings cannot be refunded, cancelled, or further modified.
- No-show penalties are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future bookings.
Bad weather
- If rain or bad weather prevents departure, the company cancels and reschedules. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund is issued.
- If rain occurs only at the start of the tour, departure is delayed between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
